Revision of Complaint Handling Rules

MEL Japan’s complaint handling rules has been revised, which was approved by the board on June 22, 2021. We have received many opinions and suggestions that it should be adjusted the international standard. The complaints and others were classified according to cases, and response policies and procedures for each were established. We have prepared the English version to respond overseas stakeholders as well.
