At the 33rd Board of Directors meeting held on Thursday, November 16, 2023, establishing a Standard Setting Committee (SSC) for developing new MEL standards was approved. The chairman commissioned the committee, and members were selected. With this, we will officially proceed with developing the new standard.

MEL Compound Feed Certification Standard Version 1.0 (tentative name)
MEL Fish Meal Fish Oil Certification Standard Version 1.0 (tentative name)

The SSC will take the lead in developing both certification standards, preparing the certification assessment system, etc., in accordance with Article 3 of the Operation Management Regulation for MEL Japan Council (OPR). We will provide information on the progress of standards development, explanations to stakeholders, etc., on our website as appropriate.
